About the team and role:
The Revenue Management team at GWR is responsible for managing train pricing, analysing passenger demand and ticket sales with the aim to maximise commercial returns while balancing demand with available capacity. Integral to the team, the Commercial Insights Analysts assess passenger demand and revenue performance, providing crucial analysis and insights to the business and stakeholders. This is done by utilising extensive data from various sources and tools such as SQL, Power BI and Tableau, which help make data-led, customer-focused decisions.

About the location:
The Point is located on Paddington Basin, just a few minutes' walk from London Paddington station. There are onsite gym facilities and a range of shops/cafes in the immediate vicinity.
Working Pattern:
37 hours per week. Currently the team is working flexibly with some office- and remote-working. There is an expectation to attend the office at least twice per week. The team often also works from Milford House, Swindon, which offers an alternative office location.
