Its an exciting time to join us here at First Customer Contact. We are part of First Group PLC, supplying customer service to the rail division. We have just achieved our 5 year anniversary and proud of our roots in Transport and being in Sheffield.

About the job
As HR Advisor, you'll lead on all aspects of Human Resources, working closely with managers, the HR Team and other support functions to ensure best practice across employee relations cases, wellbeing projects, and other HR activities. You will play a pivotal role in creating a workplace where every team member feels supported and valued.
You will also be responsible for collating and preparing the figures for the monthly HR and operations meetings, payroll reporting and ensuring that HR business partners with key stakeholders.
