HEAD OFFICE
One of Britain's largest train companies, we do everything we can to provide smooth rail journeys for 100 million customers every year. Our services run across the south from Devon and Cornwall to Bristol, South Wales and London.
We can offer you the chance to be part of a major transformation, as we create a 21st century rail service to be proud of.
At GWR we value diversity. We have a strategy that sets out our approach to ensure we broaden our appeal to both our customers and colleagues. Our vision for inclusion and diversity is:
We are progressive. We are one family. We are inclusive. First time, every time.
Making GWR an inclusive place to work is essential for us to deliver a railway that is inclusive for our customers. Valuing our differences such as age, gender, LGBTQ+, ethnicity, religion, and disability, means that our colleagues have a voice and are supported to be their authentic selves at work; where they can share experiences and diversity of thought.
