First Customer Contact

At First Customer Contact Ltd we are always working hard to improve the experience our customers have whenever they use our services. But what you might not know is that we also do the same for our people.

Our delivery teams are responsible for a variety of customer support matters which range from processing customer compensation claims to complaints handling, group bookings and assisted/special services, quality assurance, fraud prevention and detection, and retails sales to individuals and corporates.

Join us in our Customer Contact Centre, and you'll see exactly what we mean. It uses state-of-the-art systems to help us deliver excellent customer service - quickly and efficiently. What’s even more exciting is that it all happens in a fresh, vibrant, modern and stylish environment. One that’s purpose built to help you develop both your skills and your career… it’s definitely not your usual call centre.

You'll find our new Customer Contact Centre in the heart of Sheffield city centre, just 5 minutes' walk from Sheffield Station.
