I have an interview this week and I've been doing research and speaking to current people in the position I'm applying for, however I'd just like to know if there's anything I can do in the interview to make myself stand out, any advice would be brilliant. - thank you.
Hi Kelisha,
It sounds like you've already been prepping well, as those are the types of things I would always advise a candidate do ahead of an interview. I would also suggest you think back to the job advert and what the role responsibilities and person specification were, so that you can think about how you meet these and any real-life scenarios or experiences (these don't always have to be previous work examples) that you can fall back on during the interview.
At the end of the interview you will likely be asked if you have any questions of your own so I would also suggest having at least a couple prepared, perhaps something specific about the role/SWR itself or what development opportunities there might be, for example.
I hope that helps and I wish you all the best during your interview. Good luck!
Hi Alex, great advice and I really appreciate it! Thank you so much.
