Hi Gabriel. Firstly, you would have to apply for a trainee vacancy when one is advertised. If you successfully pass the early shortlisting stages, there are then a series of assessments which, if you pass these, is followed by two interview stages. You would need to pass all of these stages before being offered a role and thus an invitation to commence the training programme.
Hi Shay-Simone B. I have applied for a trainee driver role and have no previous experience, what preparations can I be doing to pass the series of assessments? For example, are there materials I could be reading, or practicing to prepare for the assessments? Regards, Joel
Hi Joel. Should you be shortlisted and invited to attend the psychometric assessment stage, you will be sent practice materials ahead of the day to give you the opportunity to prepare and familiarise yourself with the style of assessments you will face.
