I work full time, five days a week. My job is one that I can do in the office and also from home, with the agreement of my line manager, and by following our various company policies on flexible or home working.

This role really lends itself well to remote working so 'Yes' is the answer. My team are home-based and work at all corners of the UK. However, that face to face contact is also important and my team make an effort to have that interaction face-to-face at least on a monthly basis with team-building activities. I think there is a balance to be found between working remotely and networking face-to-face. Of course, working flexibly depends on the role that you hold, as there are some roles which cannot be done from home.
