I cannot log into my account I have rest my password and entered it correctly multiple times but cannot access it I have to book an interview with Lumo for Wednesday but I have to do it through here. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you I had booked an interview slot but I then cancelled this as I could no longer attend. I was told to re-book a slot however none are available?
