The main responsibilities attributed to my role are maintaining the competencies of my guards. This involves regular interactions by assessing them in line with their trained competency. My team of guards have a minimum of nine interactions within a 3 year cycle. I also look after their welfare following any absence from the workplace through sickness or workplace accidents or incident.
