Be your genuine self. During interviews it can be nerve-racking and scary but just look at it as a conversation about your skills and talents and a chance to shine. Relax, take your time and be clear and to the point when answering questions. Explain in detail your experiences and how it has led you to change your outlook and an opportunity to develop your thinking and skillset. Be proud of your achievements and the journey which has led you to be rewarded with an interview.
