Our job adverts give details of the accountabilities and requirements of those applying; if you're looking to move into the railway it's best to research the role and look for transferable skills. When submitting your application go into detail about what you can bring to the role and the skills you have gained. If you are looking to move internally, reach out to our People Development Manager to look at what learning can be provided to support your development into a different role or our Talent Succession Manager to identify career paths that support the move. You can also talk to your manager/hiring manager for support.
