Lead. Inspire. Keep the Station Moving.
Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career with one of the UK's most iconic train operating companies?
At Great Western Railway (GWR), our stations team is at the heart of everything we do – welcoming passengers, ensuring smooth and safe journeys, and creating a memorable experience from first step to final destination. You'll oversee a number of stations across the region, including the Severn Beach Line and North Somerset, and work closely with Network Rail at Bristol Temple Meads to deliver a first-class service.
