About the Role: PSV/HGV Electrician

Do you want to be part of our energetic team of mechanical engineers and maintenance staff repairing our fleet of buses? If yes, then this Auto Electrician position could just be the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and carry out vehicle repairs, servicing, and parts replacement

• Diagnose vehicle faults and specify the correct method of repair and parts to be used

• Carry out vehicle road testing where necessary to identify specific vehicle defects or following remedial repair

• To fully comply with all HSE legislation along with Group Policies

• To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintain and develop technical skills as required

Details:

• Location: Bristol - Lawrence Hill
• Working Hours: 38 hours per week Wednesday-Saturday 06:00-16:00
• Pay Rate: £19.70 per hour - weekend premium rate available - potential to earn an extra £4000 (or more) per year in addition to £3,000 new recruit Joining Bonus!!!*

About You:

• Do you have a minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2) - preferably in PSV or HGV vehicles?

• Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment

• A valid UK driving license, a PCV licence is desirable, ability to obtain PCV licence is essential

• Right to Work in the UK
