Working as part of a dedicated and hardworking team who are responsible for the presentation of the GWR fleet. Ensuring the interior and exterior of our contracted trains are cleaned to a high standard to deliver comfort and a great experience for our customers.

We currently have 4 cleaning team leaders at SPM and recruiting to 5 T/Ls. This position is for 21 per week over an 8 week rota.
As this position is part time, you and the other part time Team Leader will complete the 5 on 3 off shift pattern, this position is for 3 consecutive nights of the 5-night shift pattern.
You will be the 5th Team Leader to help the cleaning Co-ordinator manager 32 train cleaners.
Experience of cleaning is not essential for this role as training will be given, Leadership qualities and experience are essential, and you be asked to demonstrate these skills at an interview.
