What is the job?
IT is at the heart of many of the vital services that GWR provide and as our IT Service Delivery Manager you'll ensure that our IT team provide the best in class service, delivering differentiating and innovative solutions to our colleagues.
You'll be managing a team of support engineers, working collaboratively with the rest of the IT team to ensure IT services are available within a controlled process driven environment

What are the working hours?
37 hours per week. This role involves out of hours and on call responsibilities (no more than 1 in 5). There may be some travel involved along our network.
