About the Role: PSV/HGV Auto Electrician (Nightshift)
Do you want to be part of our energetic team of mechanical engineers and maintenance staff repairing our fleet of buses? If yes, then this Auto Electrician position could just be the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and carry out vehicle electrical repairs, servicing, and parts replacement
Diagnose vehicle electrical faults and specify the correct method of repair and parts to be used
Carry out vehicle road and system testing where necessary to identify specific vehicle defects or following remedial repair
To fully comply with all HSE legislation along with Group Policies
To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures
Keeping accurate records of work done, materials used, and time spent
Maintain and develop technical skills as required

Location: Glasgow Caledonia, 100 Cathcart Road, G42 7BH
Working Hours: 38 hours per week - nightshift 19:00-06:00 - 4 on 4 off
Pay Rate: £22.91 per hour
About You:
Do you have a minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2) - preferably in PSV or HGV vehicles?
Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment and preferably electrically biased experience
A valid UK driving license, a PCV licence is desirable, ability to obtain PCV licence is essential
