Left previous job because, unlike my male contemporaries, I was given limited route knowledge and kept on 11-12hr shifts starting 1-3:30am, which significantly affected my health. I am willing to start in a ‘demoted’ position, but as a qualified driver I cannot apply for trainee positions advertised
