About Alice O.

Key Experience
I began my career in recruiting after completing my Masters in Developmental Psychology and at a crossroads of where to begin my career journey. From a Graduate to a trainee recruitment consultant, progressing within the same company I remained in Agency recruitment for 8 years. I've now taken this knowledge and built upon it to work Internally within such a large organisation as the First Group
Current Position
I am currently within the Talent Acquisition Team for First Customer Contact. Within that role I recruit for our thriving contact centre in Sheffield. I also support First Rail, First Rail Consultancy, Hull Trains, Croydon Trams, Lumo and Mistral data with their recruitment coordination
Main Motivation

One of my favourite parts about my role is matching candidates with the best roles for them. I thoroughly enjoy recruiting top talent and seeing them thrive within the business

I have applied for several positing with GWR but I am finding the online situational Judgement assessment a challenge to pass. Is there any reading material I can study to help guide me

I appreciate that I can not apply for the same position for 6 months but If I apply for a different position does the fact I did not pass the situational judgement test get recorded.

Could you please advise on the typical timeframe for processing applications and responding to candidates? Additionally, will applicants be notified only if they are successful, or can all candidates expect a response?

I recently applied for two roles in the South West and believe I submitted strong applications for both. I would welcome any updates on their progress.
