This Driver Standards Manager role will be part of a team of two Driver Standards Managers based at Par.
At Par, we take a pride in delivering for our customers, and keeping our services running, and our customers moving. This post is for a permanent position.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
Are you able to supply subject matter expertise relating to the development of company standards and working practices, while working flexibly and efficiently?
Are you a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to change?
Do you see yourself as self-motivated and enthusiastic about delivering results, with minimum supervision, while working methodically creating and maintaining accurate records?

As a minimum you need to have:
Working Pattern:
We work a 7-day railway. Our standard MS contract arrangements of 37 hours per week apply
