About the team?
The role is based in Exeter St Davids Train Station and sits within West stations team and falls under the Stations directorate.
About the job
The role provides essential day-to-day support to the stations team based at Exeter St Davids providing support to the Station Manager and Assistant Station Manager, including answering queries on requisition orders, ordering uniform and general administration duties.

About the location?
The role will be based at Exeter St Davids Train Station, although at times you may be required to attend meetings at other stations within the West. There is parking available onsite.
Working pattern
This is a part time role contracted to work 21 hours per week. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 09:00 – 16:00. You will need to be flexible with your working hours to meet the exigencies of the role.
Additional information
If you are successfully short listed, you will be invited to attend an interview. The interviews are scheduled for 18th June 2025.
The successful candidate will need to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drugs and alcohol screen. A Basic DBS is also required.
Training will be provided which will take place at our Training Centre in Swindon, which will last one week. A travel pass and hotel accommodation is provided.
