We also have customer service roles that are not customer facing, for people who enjoy providing the service and resolving challenges, but from behind the scenes. If you are looking for onboard and station roles, where the delivery of exemplary customer experience is a main responsibility of the role, keep an eye for job titles such as Service Delivery Assistant, Lead Customer Host, Guard, Gateline Assistant, Ticket Examiner, Customer Sales Advisor, along with some other roles and variations of these job names.
