I'm sorry to hear your frustrations. GWR roles are extremely popular, for which we receive hundreds of applications every single day. As such, the competition is extremely high and is more than likely the main reason for you not being successful.
However, if you can drop an email to gwrrecruitment@gwr.com with your details, the team there will be able to look into your recent applications and advise more specifically as to perhaps why your applications are not being progressed further.
