Good morning, and thank you for your question. We do! It usually works by contacting your local station manager, if you are interested in customer facing work experience, such as shadowing our Gatelines (ticket barriers), Dispatchers (staff who safely see trains in and out of platforms) and other customer experience and operational roles. You can find them by simply asking Staff to speak to the Station Manager or for their contact and getting in touch. If you are interested in other roles such as HR, Head Quarters, Social Media, Training etc, please email HR@gwr.com for more information regarding opportunities, safeguarding and processes at Great Western Railway.
