I have 5 years of commercial experience in operational transformation and data management in India, plus an MSc in Business Analytics from a UK university. I often get filtered out for not having 'UK commercial experience.' How can I make my international achievements stand out as highly relevant?

Apologies for the delayed response.
We can't advise on any other companies that you have applied to, but with us this is typically an entry level role and so we would not necessarily expect candidates to have commercial experience, although welcome those who do have additional experience. We also do not distinguish based on the location of where any experience was gained, with the main criteria being relevance to the role, successes achieved, and ideally a right to work in the UK, as sponsorship would be unlikely.
