    It's quite rare for Train Manager positions to be advertised externally...

    However, we have two main frontline entry level jobs, which are Welcome Host and Onboard Customer Service Assistant. These are both great roles to start with and work your way up.

    Once you've gained a position with AWC, it's advisable to 'shadow' Train Managers onboard to see what the role is about and to discover if the role is right for you.

    It's recommended you keep a shadowing portfolio and maintain a development plan, this can be evidenced when you apply and attend a Train Managers assessment.
