I am really keen to be a train driver and would be open to any shifts apart from when I have my kids 3 nights a week. Would this be taken into consideration if I was successful in my application and would you have a policy to support this? Please let me know.

Thank you for your enquiry. Due to the nature of the role, there are set shift patterns that need to be worked to, to meet the demands of the timetable. Therefore, unfortunately it wouldn't be possible to tailor an individual's shift pattern around their personal circumstances.
