if I haven't done the test before online and I am struggling is their any other way to go through the next stage ?

In the interests of fairness, we do require all candidates to complete the same stages of the application process, which includes the online tests. There are practice tests available online if you search for them, so I'd suggest doing this to help you better familiarise yourself with them and therefore increasing your chances of success.
