I have spoken with the rosters team and they've advised that there isn't really such a thing as a typical weekly shift pattern for on board crew. A lot of it varies from depot to depot, whether the depots have specific early and late links, or they style their links by route & traction knowledge etc.
I don't know how helpful that is, but if you've got an idea of the location you'd most likely look to apply for, I can go back to rosters and see if they can provide any more specifics.
