Joshua N. asked a question to Sophia G.
Hello! Yes there is. You may find more information on our First Group Careers page.

From a GWR perspective, each interview is typically made up of questions based around 2 or 3 of our Values. These Values are selected by the hiring manager, as the most relevant to the advertised position. The best way to prepare for these style of interviews is to read through our each value, understand and interpret them in relation to what you know about the job you are applying for, and then think of your relatable personal or professional experiences and how they demonstrate each value. For example, "setting the highest standards" is about innovation, progress, and seeking to find new and better ways to do things. Do you have anecdotes you can share that demonstrate that you have in the past, set out to improve methods of working (whether that is performance based, culture/people based of customer experience based)? If so, consider how you would tell the story. We always encourage the STAR technique. What was the situation? Set the scene! Next, explain the task needed. What need were you able to identify? Then, discuss what action you took. Consider not just what, but how you did this. And finally, conclude with the Result. What was the impact of what you did? What would have happened if you had not? Were there any lessons learnt?
I hope this helps you, and good luck!
