Hi Fred R. Thank you for your message. Its great that you've got in touch and that you feel I have inspired you, That's really good to hear. You've made the first steps in bringing your dreams and goals one step closer by visiting our website. I hope that you find a role that is suited to you. What are my tips? Keep asking questions....I'm always happy to answer any questions about my role, other roles, drivers day to day workings and can touch on other areas as I've worked closely with many departments within the railway. The main piece of advice...Never give up! Keep going!! I have spoken with many people I've met over the years who tell me they've dreamt of working on the railway. Then I see them again and they're working in a role that brings them closer to their goals and ambitions. Keep asking those questions; I will always take time out to answer them as quickly as I can and to give you a better understanding or even to ignite that spark further to bring that goal one step closer. What is it that you would like to do in the railway? Do you have a certain path you would like to follow?
