The biggest challenge I have faced since I joined has been moving divisions and roles. Although it's exciting, it's often daunting too especially when it's a new team. The most challenging was probably when I moved to Greyhound in the US with my young family, just in terms of being abroad and having no network around! I felt settled in the new team very quickly though, and FirstGroup were supportive. I usually find as long as you have clear objectives and make some connections with those around you then it tends to be pretty straightforward.
