GWR is considered a "career for life", so if you are looking for stability, consistency and a reliable organisation, GWR is for you. That being said, we are made up of innovators, revolutionary thinkers and champions of change, so for those who seek a more stimulating and dynamic career path, GWR is also for you. It really depends on the role as to what you may experience, so ask questions and be curious. GWR is also a very supportive business. There is a lot of resource and attention given to ensuring that the people are thought about, communicated with and valued. I have GWR to thank for offering the support and opportunity that has allowed me to grow a career that has changed my life.
