Good Afternoon Chase, I hope you're well.
Should you apply for a Trainee Train Driver position and be successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre which you will need to pass to then move on to the Driver Management Interview. If you focus on achieving GCSEs, these will no doubt assist you with the assessment centre stage. However, there are no minimum qualification requirements to be a train driver. The most important thing is to demonstrate that you possess the dedication, drive and passion for delivering great customer service.
