    Thank you for your question; a very good one too. The most valuable thing I have learned from my role is to make connecting with others a priority. I work in a very busy depot and have a lot of Train Drivers. It's so important for me to build relationships to ensure trust can be built and through that comes great success of colleagues wanting to give 110% when they come to work. I also work around train managers, cleaning staff, platform and ticket office staff, and it's just as important for me to create the same relationships with those colleagues.
