Within First Customer Contact, we're always looking to give our staff the best possible opportunities. You would receive regular upskill sessions around certain topics which you may not be fully grasping within your work. We also do weekly coaching with our staff which gives them an opportunity to discuss anything which they feel they may want extra training or development with. We see a lot of our staff progressing into new roles with full training provided and help along the way once they have started these roles.
