Hi Chase.
You will be asked to provide employment history as part of your application but we wouldn't require any references at this stage. Only if you successfully make it through all of the recruitment stages and are offered a role, would we then request references from previous employers.

Hello Chase - We would ask for references covering the last three years once you have been offered a role. If employment references are not available, we would ask you to give names of people who can provide character references for you.
