Hi Alice, would you be able to share more about the types of situations a Competency Based Interview would look at? Many thanks in advance!
Hi Steven,
Competency-based interviews use questions which aim to find out how you have used specific skills in your previous experience, and how you approach problems, tasks and challenges.
An example of this could be: "Describe a time when you were under pressure to meet a target."
Answers should be presented in a structured manner by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing.
