Having worked in a administration & Logistics management for many years, I often see an oportunity where Technology can enhance tasks, influencing productivity & surpass customer expectation, but without thinking from a technical point of view these opportunites get overlooked.
Hi Matthew. From a Talent Acquisition perspective, I think there's a fine line in technology between automating some processes whilst remembering that there are people at the end of the process. So, I'd say a technology change could increase efficiency but it's important we retain a personal touch with job applications.
