I have applied for several positing with GWR but I am finding the online situational Judgement assessment a challenge to pass. Is there any reading material I can study to help guide me

I appreciate that I can not apply for the same position for 6 months but If I apply for a different position does the fact I did not pass the situational judgement test get recorded.

Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) can be tricky, but practising general SJT exercises and reviewing GWR’s values around safety, customer service, and teamwork can really help. There’s no official reading list, but there are many useful SJT practice tests available online, which can help you to familiarise yourself with the style of test.

Any previous SJT results are recorded, but it normally only affects reapplying for the same or similar role within six months. Applying for a different position is usually fine unless it uses the exact same assessment, in which case the 6-month wait would apply.
